SPOT SPECIFIC~ Scar tissue break up after a surgery, golfers/ tennis elbow, knee work, rotator cuff focus, injury prevention- time targeting the muscle group restricting your range of motion, carpal tunnel relief, plantar fasciitis. Physical Therapist’s requested aftercare.

PRENATAL~ For the soon to be mother or as a way to unwind after birth. This massage helps to loosen those tight carrying and over extended muscles.  We have prenatal cushions to allow you to lie face down completely supported for part of your massage or you can be comfortable side lying, completely relaxed.

SPORTS~ Getting ready for a road race, an athletic event, or winding down from a marathon and need time spent on overused muscles. This massage focuses on sport specific muscle groups, helping to prevent injury and restore the tissue, flushing the lactic acid out of tired muscles.

Hot Stones~ Added to melt the tension away.
